Guaranteed Twin Sharing Rooms for Group Leaders

Even though you’ll be far from home, your comfort won’t be compromised. Because when you travel with Etravex, you’ll stay in clean, safe, attractive hotels that provide modern amenities and easy access to major attractions via public transportation—or by foot!
Standard hotels are tourist class accommodations typically located near public transportation and are within 45 minutes travel time to a major tourist attraction. All hotels offer clean, safe and comfortable rooms with private bathrooms and are 2-4 star hotels.

Students under age 15 will share rooms with two or three other travelers of the same gender, either from their own group or from other groups with whom they are traveling. Each room will contain single beds or occasionally shared double beds, extra mattresses or a combination of the two. Hotel styles and room configurations vary among destinations, so students who share a room in one city may not do so in the next. Students under the age of 12 who wish to have twin rooms will be charged an additional fee.

Students under age 16-21 will share rooms with one or two other travelers of the same gender, either from their own group or from other groups with whom they are traveling. Each room will contain single beds or occasionally shared double beds, or a combination of the two. Hotel styles and room configurations vary among destinations, so students who share a room in one city may not do so in the next. Students under the age of 16-21 who wish to have twin rooms will be charged an additional fee.

Adults (travelers 21 years or older at the time of the tour) will be roomed in twin rooms (with two single beds) with other adults of the same gender either from their own group or from other groups with whom they are traveling. Double accommodations (one large bed or two single beds pushed together) are also available. If any adults wish to have a single room, a single room supplement will be added to their account. Should you be traveling as a family and wish to room together, tell your group leader to note this on the rooming list that he or she will submit to ET. In some countries, hotels are not always able to accommodate such requests.
The deadline to submit rooming for all adults and non-standard student requests is 30 days prior to departure.

Etravex recommends to choose 3 tier AC coaches for overnight journeys. But its wholly depends on the request and budget of the groups.

Etravex Tour Managers are travel gurus. They thrive on sharing their passion for different cultures and giving you and your participants the opportunity to see the world through the eyes of those who live and work there. They speak the language, know the sights to see and best ways to get there—they are your partners in education.

Relax in the comfort and privacy of your own room when you lead a group of at least 30 participants. You may, of course, choose to share a room with a companion.

This twin sharing room offer for group leaders is not transferable and does not apply to overnight trains, ferries or cruises.
